Beach Workout for Fat Loss

I am currently in my hometown, Oceanside, California attending my 20 year reunion and visiting family. While on vacation it is easy to use it as an excuse NOT to continue with your fitness and health plans but it really is possible to stay on track.

I pack my sandbag shells and Jungle Gym in my suitcase so I could get a great workout no matter where I am.

Knowing I was staying with my sister-in-law who lives 3 blocks from the beach made it easy. I brought my sandbag shells and filled them up at the beach. I recorded my circuit I did that is excellent for fat loss.
